Return and Refund Policy (updated January 2018)

We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from Canvassia and our third party vendors and affiliates– but we know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item.

That’s why we offer an easy, no-hassle 30-day return policy for online MERCHANDISE purchases. You may return unworn, unwashed apparel with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

As for our Wall Art, Our goal is to offer the finest personalized products available. We give every order personalized attention, but despite our best efforts, we sometimes encounter situations where there are issues with an order. If you’ve experienced an issue, we recommend you contact our Customer Service team as soon as your order arrives, at: [email protected]. Our staff is not authorized to process replacements by phone. At the discretion of Canvassia, you may be asked to provide a 3″ x 5″ piece cut out of the center of the canvas you received, or photographs showing the issue. You may only cancel or amend your canvas wall art order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. Custom orders are the only products on the site that are FINAL SALE items.

Canvas wall art cannot be returned for refund for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 60 days after it was received.

If you received a multiple item discount when you purchased an item you wish to replace, you will receive a credit for the purchase price you paid for that item, or you may exchange that item for another item of the same or lesser regular price value. Free items may only be exchanged for an item of the same or lesser regular price value. Gift cards are not refundable.

All requests for replacements must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date the canvas is received. All requests to replace damaged canvases must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date the canvas is received.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.

Refunds for concert tickets, sporting events,  and any festival or show, concert, VIP Packages are only issued if the show/event is cancelled. If a concert or sporting event is cancelled, refunds are available at point of purchase.There are no refunds for music files that are purchased.

Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow ten (10) business days for your refund/return/exchange to be processed after a request from you is received.

Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only.

Important Information About Returning Merchandise

All original manufacturer’s tags or packaging must be intact in order for us to accept a return.

We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase, and be aware of any makeup you are wearing. Any garments with marks, stains, or scents may be non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.

Please include a note and  indicate on the note whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten (10) business days for your refund, return or exchange to be processed after it is received. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten (10) business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How to Exchange

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.

Errors or Damages

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.
